Learn. Relax. Renew. Restore
Sound Bath Experience
March 18 (7-8PM)
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in soothing vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These harmonic tones gently guide the mind into relaxation and the body into deep rest, helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote emotional balance. Many participants leave feeling peaceful, clear, and rejuvenated.
Sessions are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 7–8 pm (doors open at 6:45 pm).
Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for comfort.

Mindfulness for Longevity & Vitality
FREE EVENT: March 26 (6:30-8PM)
As we navigate transitions in health and lifestyle, our mental agility becomes just as vital as our physical strength. This seated workshop explores the evidence-based practice of secular mindfulness as a tool for cognitive health, stress resilience, and overall vitality. We will set aside the "no-pain-no-gain" mentality to look at the clinical benefits of curiosity and care. Participants will learn how a mindful approach to daily movement and mental habits supports a more resilient, focused, and empowered life.
What to Expect:
Demystify the Mind: Learn exactly what mindfulness is (and isn’t) through a secular, evidence-based lens.
Rewire for Resilience: Discover how you can physically reshape your brain’s response to stress using the principles of neuroplasticity.
Experiential Learning: Engage in guided seated practices followed by group reflection to help you bridge the gap between theory and real-world application.
Sustainable Habits: Walk away with "Micro-Practices" that fit seamlessly into your day—no special equipment or hour-long commitments required.
Evidence-Based Toolkit: Receive a curated list of high-quality resources for those who want to dive deeper into the latest mindfulness and longevity research.
