Sound Bath Experience

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in soothing vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These harmonic tones gently guide the mind into relaxation and the body into deep rest, helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote emotional balance. Many participants leave feeling peaceful, clear, and rejuvenated.

Sessions are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 7–8 pm (doors open at 6:45 pm). Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for comfort.

Maximize your workouts by recovering smarter. If you're struggling to quiet your mind at night or wake up still feeling drained, this series is your essential solution.

Our Deep Sleep & Recovery Toolkit is a 5-week series designed to systematically calm your nervous system, allowing you to fall asleep faster and achieve deeper, more effective recovery. Every week is a complete, targeted session where you'll receive direct tools to prepare your body and mind for optimal rest and will be offered two times a week for your convenience.

Quiet the Racing Mind: Apply mindfulness techniques to interrupt intrusive thoughts and settle into sleep.
Release Physical Tension: Systematically target stiffness (hips, back, shoulders) that prevents comfortable sleep positions.
Build a Pre-Sleep Ritual: Gain accessible, science-backed breathing and movement techniques you can use nightly to cue your body for deep rest.

Galentine’s Dance Party & Social

Grab a Gal Pal and come ready to dance and party!

Studio Bloom member and Jazzercise Instructor, Stacey Higman will kick off the party with a sample Jazzercise class for the first hour followed by connection and celebration time! Bubbly and treats included. The purpose of this event is simple - women celebrating women with a fun dance party vibe! 

WHAT TO EXPECT

  1. Bring a friend! This is an opportunity to celebrate women, our Studio Bloom community, and meet new people! 

  2. Come dressed ready to sweat and move so wear athletic shoes and your normal workout clothes

  3. Bring a water bottle 

  4. Low impact options and choreography modifications are always shown
