Kristin Finley, RDN, LD, CPT

Kristin is a dedicated professional with a passion for promoting health and wellness. She pursued her education at Oregon State University on a gymnastics scholarship, earning a degree in General Dietetics. Following her graduation, Kristen completed a rigorous dietetics internship at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

With a solid foundation in clinical dietetics, Kristin devoted a decade to this field before taking a hiatus to raise her three boys. In 2017, she returned to her passion for dietetics and expanded her expertise by becoming a certified personal trainer.

Residing in Tucson with her husband of nearly 30 years, Kristin finds joy in cooking, cycling, traveling and cherishing moments with her adult sons. Her commitment to holistic wellness and her compassionate approach makes her a valuable asset in guiding others towards a healthier lifestyle.
